General Terms and Conditions of Sale (CGV)
Placing an order implies full and unconditional acceptance by the buyer of these general terms and conditions of sale.
PRODUCTS
The photos and descriptions illustrating the products are not contractual. Their characteristics may be modified without notice by manufacturers.
Product offers are available while stocks last. The company reserves the right to modify the products presented during the season to improve quality.
Prices may be changed at any time depending on raw material costs, charges, or if the economic situation requires it. In all cases, the seller will inform the customer as soon as possible after the order has been placed.
RECEIPT OF GOODS
Upon delivery, the buyer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery complies with the order. Any complaint must be made in writing, before use, and no later than 10 days after receiving the packages.
The company declines all responsibility for packages arriving open with missing or damaged products if no immediate and precise reservations have been made on the transport slip.
WARRANTY
Products are guaranteed for 12 months upon presentation of proof of purchase. This warranty applies under normal use of the product and does not cover accidents resulting from negligence or lack of maintenance.
RETENTION OF TITLE
The goods remain the property of the seller until full payment of the agreed price, in accordance with the terms of Law 80-338 of 12/05/1980. Judicial settlement or liquidation of the buyer's assets does not modify this clause.
DISPUTES
Any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of these agreements shall be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Aubenas (07).
Our responsibility cannot be engaged in case of improper use of our products.
